Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Naturelle ships merchandise to locations within Canada & United States. Requests for delivery to any other international locations must be made by e-mail to sales@naturelleorganicbeds.ca The risk of loss of all merchandise ordered on our Website passes to the shipping company / Carrier.

When the merchandise is delivered and accepted by the client only then does the consumer become liable. All shipments are made using regular ground service and will be shipped within 7-10 Days. Special orders and custom orders including adjustable beds and or multiple orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to process.

When placing an order on line, The default time line is 7-15 days. but this can vary, for clarification please contact our office prior to placing your order if you require your purchase sooner..

Clearance, Price merchandise or Custom mattresses

• Due to the highly customizable nature of our products the Layers of latex can be in any configuration, there is also a Tolerance of 1/2 inch allowance for sizing.

Due to the individual custom nature of these products; A 25% restocking fee will apply to all orders including Custom cancelled orders not used still in packaging only.

Custom ordered /Special order / Custom sized mattresses are not returnable for refund.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE: 

Please allow 7-15 Days for delivery across Canada and the USA, there can be delays with delivery services up to 15-20 days depending on carrier.

Final Sale price includes all applicable state and local sales tax.

Return Policy:

Naturelle's goal is for you to get the best night’s sleep imaginable. We are certain that you will enjoy your Naturelle purchase, 

returns can be requested under certain conditions. Please follow the return instruction below that applies to your particular situation.

1. Returning goods that are damaged when received.

If upon delivery you see that not only is the carton torn but you know that the merchandise within is damaged, please refuse delivery. If the goods have been left at your door or you just opened the outer package and found the product's damaged

call Customer \Service (No Later than 24 hours) 

at 1-800-914-4690 for directions to process your replacement order. 

All items for return must be in original packaging, if you need to re package for return shipments please contact Naturelle with the box dimensions and we will forward you the return slip, 

Please note: we can not send return labels without clients cooperation.

2. Returning an unopened product.

If you are returning a product that is not damaged but still in the unopened original packing you must obtain an authorization number (RAN). CONTACT (within 24 Hours of delivery), contact us at sales@naturellesleep.com and receive your return shipping authorization number, proof of purchase is required. Please provide your order number, purchase order number or invoice number. Only authorized returns will be accepted, so please contact us before sending back items to ensure proper credit. RMA number must be on the outside of all carton's otherwise item will be refused. Customers are responsible for all freight & shipping charges on returned goods and can choose the shipper of your choice to return products. Once we receive & inspect the return, a NO Refund / credit only will be issued for the product less the 10% Restocking fee's; freight fees are not refundable.

3. Comfort Guarantee: 

You have 90 nights to make sure your mattress is right for you. If not, you can exchange layers, hassle-free, For a nominal fee. We’ll deliver your new selection right to your doorstep. So sleep tight, count those nights, and trust there’s a reason we’ve been providing Canadians with their best sleeps for over 40 years now.

This Guarantee is within Canada Only.

You can exchange topper component for another firmness. But can not change back to the original firmness that was exchanged already, This is why we recommend you break in the mattress at least 30 -45 Day Prior to deciding on the comfort exchange.

Pillows are Not exchangeable or Refundable due to sanitary reason.

The comfort guarantee does not apply to the juvenile Model.

If you are located outside of southern Ontario, it's the customer's responsibility to assist with the return of the products, Which Means The items must be returned in original plastic packaging, and in as new condition.

If items have been damaged or in an unsanitary condition, in any way including, water, stained, torn, or dirty the items will be refused and will void the comfort guarantee at which time the client will be charged the full value of the item. Also the client will be responsible for all items not returned. (Delivery charges not included )

there are NO REFUNDS using the comfort guarantee,. it is an exchange only service.

4. Returning product's deemed to be faulty.(must be reported within 24 Hours of receiving) If you conclude that the product you received is defective, please e-mail us at sales@latexgreen.ca

declaring the particular reasons you consider your product damaged, including images of the defect. Other instructions or actions including Proof of purchase may be requested by our claims department. Upon receiving all the requested information, your request will be assessed. Only approved returns will be accepted and our RMA number need's to be on outside of all carton(s), or item(s) will be refused at our warehouse.

lMattress and or toppers are not covered under warranty if  stained, or soiled, mold, mildew due to sanitary reasons. 

​

Adjustable Beds remote controls have a 1 year factory warranty  replacement cost is $249. CND

5. Cancellation following the order has shipped:

If you cancel your order, but your order has already been shipped or Delivered to you or is ready to ship, or if you refuse delivery, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please Note: Any merchandise returned without following the above instructions completely, or products returned dirty, stained or Soiled, or not in there original packaging will be refused or denied, and NO credit will be refunded.

6. Items which are NOT REFUNDABLE 

Due to Sanitary and Health reasons, All Sales are final. No refunds, by continuing with your order you agree to our terms and conditions. Which include All Hospital beds, ICU, Hospital beds & Mattresses, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Latex Toppers, Sheet Sets. And Mattress outer cover,  custom sizes requested by client do not apply to our comfort guarantee.

Natural Latex Sources; 

All Our 100%  Natural Latex Rubber GOLS Certified) is sourced from, our partners in Sri Lanka. We only use 100% (GOLS) Organic Latex rubber in our mattresses, The finished mattresses are made in Canada.

Retail COUPONS & OFFERS: 

Coupons and Special Offers for Naturelle products cannot be combined on orders made on the Naturelle website. Discount vouchers offering free items can only be used by Customers who have already made their mattress purchase and as a token of our appreciation these vouchers can not be redeemed by clients who have not purchased a Mattress. To use the coupon make your purchase online and then return and make another purchase entering the discount code to receive the discount or Free items. Limit 1 Per Household, Coupon Discount Codes have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, Mattresses, pillows and toppers purchased using a Discount Coupon while On Sale are Not eligible for our 90 day comfort Guarantee policy. No exchanges

Coupon Vouchers value depending on size of mattress purchased. 

EXAMPLE:

Single $200. 

Double $300. 

Queen $400. 

King $500.

All merchandise purchased with a voucher or coupon, All sales are final, No exchanges are allowed, No exceptions  one coupon per household. Not per mattress purchased.

GOVERNING LAW:

Both parties agree that in a case of litigation, the dispute shall be addressed in the courts of the city of Mississauga, in the province of Ontario, Canada.

MISCELLANEOUS:

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Naturelle on this Web site. The Terms and Contingencies replace all prior or communications & proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Naturelle on this Web site. No modification of the Terms & Conditions shall be effective unless it is approved through Naturelle. If the stipulation of the Terms & Condition's is found to be contrary to the law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
